LucidBridge Advisory is an independent firm supporting owner-led professional organizations before, during, and after cybersecurity incidents.

We focus on the business-side response when information is incomplete and consequences are real: executive decision-making, coordination, and communication governance. Our role is to ensure leadership maintains control while technical responders, legal counsel, and cyber insurance stakeholders do their work.

LucidBridge operates alongside MSPs and incident response providers. We do not replace technical containment or sell tools. We lead decisions, communications, and execution at the executive level so incidents do not escalate into business crises.

LucidBridge is led by cybersecurity incident leaders with experience directing executive response to complex, high-impact security incidents across large, regulated organizations.

The team has operated inside formal incident command structures, advising senior leadership on decision rights, communications, escalation, and regulatory considerations where outcomes carried material financial, legal, and reputational consequences.
